How to Apply for Volunteer Service
MEDRAD Points of Light accepts requests from organizations in our communities
for volunteer services. We prioritize requests for volunteers using criteria
such as:
- Projects that lend themselves to involving large numbers of MEDRAD employees
- The "fit" a project has with other projects, with a goal of varied
time commitments (ongoing vs. one-time), skills required (construction, technical,
athletic, interpersonal, etc.) and the amount of personal contact with the
clients (buying a holiday gift vs. one-on-one interaction, for example).
- Projects from organizations that have established a relationship with the
MEDRAD Corporate Giving Committee will receive additional consideration.
