Philosophy
MEDRAD'S sustained success is grounded in a philosophy that focuses our energies on three priorities: customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee development.
Like most good ideas, the MEDRAD Philosophy was developed by a team of MEDRAD employees who wanted to capture the vision and culture of the company. Displayed in the main hallway of the company’s world headquarters, the MEDRAD Philosophy captures the company’s unique spirit and aligns over 1,400 MEDRAD employees in 15 international locations. It defines who we are as a company, and how we want to do business.
