The FDA added the Continuum recall to its website in late December 2012. The FDA’s posting is not a new recall. It is a posting of the original recall last spring. If your facility has already responded to the recall and has received recalibrated pumps and new infusion sets, you can disregard the FDA’s posting. If your facility has not responded to the recall notifications you have received from Bayer, we ask that you take action at this time. You can download all forms and instructions here.
