MEDRAD has a longstanding history of ethical behavior and compliance as a result of the quality of its employees and their commitment to the MEDRAD Mission, the MEDRAD Philosophy and the MEDRAD Guiding Principles for Managing and Leading. In 2006, MEDRAD was recognized with the American Business Association Ethics Award by the Society of Financial Service Professionals.
Effective January 23, 2009, MEDRAD formally adopted Bayer AG’s Global Corporate Compliance Policy. This Policy codifies the existing rules and principles traditionally followed by MEDRAD and applies to all employees world wide. Effective February 1, 2009, MEDRAD formally adopted Bayer HealthCare LLC's Code of Conduct for US operations. This Code of Conduct codifies pre-existing policies and procedures applicable to MEDRAD's US employees and is consistent with the revised AdvaMed Code. View the entire text of

MEDRAD, Inc. on behalf of itself and its subsidiaries has established and is operating under a Comprehensive Compliance Program that, where applicable, is in accordance with the “Compliance Program Guidance for Pharmaceutical Manufacturers” developed by the United States Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General by adopting the Advanced Medical Technology Association Code of Ethics on Interactions with Health Care Professionals (the “AdvaMed Code”).
The AdvaMed Code regulates MEDRAD’s interactions with Heath Care Providers including limiting the amount of spending permitted.
