Julie Coletti is a Vice President at Bayer HealthCare and MEDRAD's Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary. She joined MEDRAD in 2009 and is responsible for advising MEDRAD management on all legal matters affecting the business, as well as providing leadership and guidance to MEDRAD's legal team.
Prior to joining MEDRAD, she worked in the law department at Bayer Corporation where she was responsible for developing, leading, and executing litigation strategies in the areas including healthcare, material science, and agricultural products.
Julie's work experience also includes her positions as the Assistant General Counsel and Vice President of Market Development for Strategic Energy, a leading national retail electricity provider and as an attorney with the international law firm of LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae.
She received her B.A., cum laude, from Rutgers University and her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh where she served as the lead Managing Editor of the Journal of Law and Commerce. She also attended the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Chicago Management Institute Program.
A native of Pittsburgh, Julie is active in community and civic endeavors focusing on homeless women and children. She also serves as legal counsel for BAYPAC, Bayer Corporation's political action committee.
