Only the Fifth Organization to Receive Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Twice

MEDRAD is honored to be the recipient of the 2010 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award in the manufacturing category. The Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (MBNQA), given by the President of the United States, is the U.S's premier award for performance excellence and quality achievement. Established in 1987, it is named after the former Secretary of Commerce to recognize exemplary achievements in seven areas: leadership, strategic planning, customer focus, information analysis, workforce focus, process management and results.  MEDRAD received the Baldrige Award in 2003 as well, thus becoming one of only five companies to receive the award twice.
