MVS Performance PROVEN™ testing incorporates proprietary techniques that go beyond standard quantitative array analysis, system testing and visual inspection to diagnose and repair your product.
With Performance PROVEN™ Diagnostics, every aspect of your product’s functionality is evaluated to ensure that your issue is diagnosed correctly the first time.
- Visual and Functional Inspection
- Nine point inspection- standard, 3D and 4D probes
- 15 point inspection- transesophageal (TEE) probes
- Leakage Current Analysis- multi-point evaluation of insulation properties of the probe.
- Insertion Tube Stiffness- for TEE probes, a comparison against the performance of a new tube from the original probe manufacturer.
- Quantitative Array Analysis- electrical measurements against our stringent MEDRAD specifications.
- Image Testing- completing the tests consistent with those required to achieve ACR (American College of Radiology) accreditation, including system sensitivity/penetration and image uniformity.
MVS validates its repair processes with the same techniques used by manufacturers to clear new devices for sale.* By scientifically measuring the acoustic performance of our repairs and comparing the performance against brand new probes, Performance PROVEN™ validation ensures that a MVS repaired probe functions like new. We can PROVE it!
-
Hydrophone Testing- each time MEDRAD MVS develops full reconditioning capabilities for a new probe model, it uses hydrophone testing to validate its repair, which enables the MVS guaranteed repair solution, TotalRepair.
