We are listening and making improvements based on your survey feedback. One of the many ways MEDRAD listens to you is by conducting surveys primarily to measure our performance and gather your suggestions. Our objective is to share with MEDRAD customers the improvements that we have implemented based on your feedback.

  • MEDRAD delivered a new generation website with new capabilities
  • Content has been personalized by medical persona
  • Clinical information, links, and training have been added
  • Links and capability to contact MEDRAD personnel via the web have been added
  • Regional sites have been launched in Brazil, France, China, Germany, and Japan
