 MEDRAD Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) Policy

EQUIPMENT AND DISPOSABLES:

MEDRAD will accept the return of standard catalog items within 90 days of original shipment. Products returned beyond 90 days will not be eligible for credit. All returned goods must be accompanied by a MEDRAD Return Goods Authorization Number that may be obtained through the MEDRAD Customer Support Department.

Full credit minus a 15% restocking fee will be extended, provided the goods are received within 30 days from date of return authorization. Product must be in original, unopened Medrad packaging and in proper condition for restocking.  Goods shipped in error by MEDRAD will be extended full credit. Special or custom ordered products are not returnable.  Credit for products purchased through a dealer is not available from MEDRAD. Customers should contact their dealer to arrange for a return.

SERVICE RETURNS:

Consumable Parts

Full Credit minus a 30% restocking fee will be extended provided the goods are received within 30 days from date of original shipment. (IC Chips, Software, Transistors, Diodes, Resistors, Capacitors, LED’s, Light Bulbs, Lamps, Micro Switches, Motors, and Relays will not be accepted for Return)

Exchange Parts

Full Credit minus a 30% restocking fee will be extended on unopened packages, provided the parts are in proper condition for restocking and are received within 30 days from date of original shipment.

Full Credit minus a 50% restocking fee will be charged for all opened packages provided the goods are received within 30 days from date of original shipment.

THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION MUST BE PROVIDED FOR ALL RETURNS:

  • Return Goods Authorization (RGA) – indicated on return packaging
  • Customer Number
  • Quantity to be returned
  • Lot / Serial Number
  • Customer Purchase Order, Sales Order Number or Invoice Number
  • Reason for Return

All authorized return goods are to be sent to the address below, unless otherwise specified, by MEDRAD.

Transportation charges are to be assumed by the customer unless the shipment was an error of MEDRAD.  Returns should be freight prepaid and insured, as MEDRAD will not be responsible for loss or damage in transit.  MEDRAD, Inc. reserves the right to inspect all returns before issuing credit. Damaged or missing items will be deducted from the amount of credit extended. In certain instances, MEDRAD will provide a quotation of the necessary costs to bring certain returned goods up to current factory specifications.
