Q: How do I order a spare or replacement place?

A: MEDRAD maintains approximately $3,000,000 of spare parts inventory in state-of-the-art warehouse facilities. Replacement parts ordered before 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time are shipped to your location for next day delivery. To place your spare or replacement part orders simply call 1-800-633-7237. Please have your serial number available to assist and expedite your spare or replacement part ordering. To locate the serial number click here. For your convenience, MEDRAD accepts VISA and MasterCard, or will invoice your account with a Purchase Order.


Q: How do I determine the replacement part number I need to order?

A: Refer to your MEDRAD Operation Manual to determine the specific part you need. If you are uncertain contact MEDRAD Customer Support at 1-800-633-7237 and request to speak to technical support for assistance in determining your part requirements. Remember to have your MEDRAD product serial number available when calling to assist and expedite your spare or replacement part ordering. To locate the product serial number click here.


Q: How do I determine the price for the part I need to order?

A: A variety of MEDRAD Service Agreements offer free part replacement. If your unit is covered by a service agreement contact MEDRAD Customer Support at 1-800-633-7237 to determine if free part replacement is included in your service agreement. Or, if your MEDRAD product is not under a service agreement, contact MEDRAD Customer Support at 1-800-633-7237 for specific pricing on any of the parts available in MEDRAD's extensive spare part inventory. For your convenience MEDRAD accepts VISA and MasterCard, or will invoice your account with a Purchase Order Number.


Q: How do I determine if the part is available?

Q: Is there a catalog of replacement parts available?

A: A Catalog of replacement parts is not available however you can contact MEDRAD Customer Support at 1-800-633-7237 and speak with our Technical Support staff for assistance in identifying replacement parts.


Q: Does MEDRAD repair non-MEDRAD coils?

A: MEDRAD's state-of-the-art coil repair facility is equipped to handle the repair of coils from a variety of manufactures. Contact your MEDRAD Customer Support department at 1-800-633-7237 for details on how we can repair your non-MEDRAD coils.
