Q: How do I schedule a PM?

A: Contact MEDRAD Customer Support department at (800)633-7237 and request to speak to your Customer Service Representative (CSR) to schedule your MEDRAD Engineered PM.

Q: When was my last PM?

A: MEDRAD Service Agreements provide for a MEDRAD Engineered PM annually. To determine your last MEDRAD Engineered PM contact MEDRAD Customer Support at (800)633-7327, to expedite the retrieval of this information have your MEDRAD serial number available.

Q: When does my contract expire?

A: Contact MEDRAD Customer Support at (800)633-7237, to determine when your contract expires. To expedite the retrieval of this information have your MEDRAD serial number available.

A: MEDRAD offers an extensive portfolio of Service Agreements. Contact MEDRAD Service Marketing Team or your Customer Service Representative (CSR) to determine the Service Agreement best suited for your needs. Q: How often does MEDRAD require PM's to be done?

A: We recommend a MEDRAD engineered PM on an annual basis. A MEDRAD Engineered PM is considerably different from PM's done by many manufactures. At MEDRAD, our engineers and service professionals are constantly reviewing data from our worldwide installed equipment base. We use this data to estimate wear on components into our PM procedures as well as specific detailed performance checks in areas identified as potential trouble spots. Sure, a MEDRAD Engineered PM includes the normal calibration, adjustment, and repair but it also includes steps to ensure future performance of the equipment.

A MEDRAD Engineered PM is available to you with the purchase of a MEDRAD Service Agreement or can be performed on your equipment on a Flat Rate or Time and Material Basis. Contact your MEDRAD Customer Service Representative to determine the MEDRAD Engineered PM best suited for your needs.
